During online group and individual training sessions, participants’ video feeds, audio, likeness, and personal interactions are visible to other members of the digital room. While all members are contractually bound by our Terms and Conditions not to record, screenshot, or distribute session content without permission, Tony Puthedan cannot independently control the localized actions of individual users. Participants consent to their likeness appearing in these private sessions solely for the purpose of receiving active training and coaching within our secure environment.

6. Data Sharing and Team Access

Personal data is accessed exclusively by authorized staff, contracted independent trainers, and nutritionists bound by strict confidentiality and liability safeguards.
